Purchase College Athletics

Sam Jaffe (SO/Silver Spring, MD) has been named the Skyline Conference Men's Swimmer of the Week and the Purchase College Student-Athlete of the Week. 

Jaffe won five of his six individual events as Purchase fell to both Maritime (131-58) and Mount Saint Mary (96-60). The standout placed first in the 100-yard freestyle (52.15), 100-yard breast (1:04.90) and 200-yard individual medley (2:07.09) events on Nov. 14 versus MSMC. Jaffe also won the 100-yard breaststroke and 200-yard freestyle (1:52.18) events and finished second in the 200-yard individual medley against Maritime on Nov. 12.
