The Skyline Conference Women's Softball Player of the Week has also been named the Purchase College Student-Athlete of the Week, joining baseball's Michael Sarni (JR/Shelton, CT).

Christine Leo (SO/Monroe, CT) had a huge opening weekend to lead the Panthers to a split against Lehman College. The power-hitting first baseman went 4 for 4 with three doubles and six RBI in a 10-9 win over the Lightning, single handily driving the offense. Leo then capped the weekend by going 2 for 3 with two more RBI in game two. She batted a pristine .857.
