Every week, the Sports Information department will post a "Did You Know?" tidbit to the website.

This week's interesting tidbit is: Did you know that Purchase College women's head lacrosse coach Marina Zumbrunn recently attended the 2025 IWLCA Convention in Florida? The convention is one of the premier annual gatherings for collegiate women's lacrosse coaches.

Coach Zumbrunn shared:
"Overall, my experience at the IWLCA Coaches Convention was great! There are a lot of new and upcoming changes to the game of women's lacrosse that I'm excited to see happen. As a younger coach, I had the amazing opportunity to speak with coaches from all different divisions."

The convention featured workshops, keynote sessions, along with leadership programming, awards presentations, Hall of Fame inductions, and the release of a white paper outlining strategic priorities for the future of women's lacrosse. Attendees also participated in pre-conference clinics, a charity pickleball tournament, networking events, and the Aspire program for assistant and early-career coaches.
