Amanda Gibson (JR/Saratoga, NY) was named the league rookie of the week and shares the Purchase College Student-Athlete of the Week award with basketball's David Haughton (SR/Greenburgh, NY). She recorded victories in both the 100 breaststroke and the 200 individual medley on Nov. 19 against Old Westbury. Her effort helped the Panthers win 120-74.

Gibson shared the honor this week with Sandi Woodhead of OW, who improved to 12-0 individually to start her freshman season.
