Melt Method Mondays, 6:30pm, Harbor Center Whether you are an athlete or an artist (dancer, musician, etc.), the MELT Method is the missing link that will transform how you move your body. With the use of soft balls and foam rollers, you can improve range of motion, strength and stability, as well as reduce chronic pain brought on by repetitive movements of daily life. MELT helps you to reduce the risk of injury and achieve peak physical performance in any activity that you do! Plus, it just feels great!

Stage Combat Mondays and Thursdays, 7:00-8:30pm, Gym (Aerobics Studio 2) Conflict is the essence of great theatre, film or TV and it is rare to have a performance that doesn’t call for some sort of staged violence. Whether it’s a simple push or slap or a complex sword fight, this violence needs to be done safely so the actors are not in danger of getting hurt for real.
