Purchase College Athletics

Amanda Gibson (JR/Saratoga, NY) placed first in both the 100-yard (1:14.69) and 200-yard breaststroke (2:43.71) events as Purchase finished runner-up to champion MSMC at the Skyline finals. She finished second in the 200-yard individual medley with a time of 2:27.88 and was named the Skyline Rookie of the Year for her efforts.

She was later named the Skyline Conference Rookie of the Week for the third time this season. Gibson also walks home with another Purchase College Student-Athlete of the Week award.
