Purchase College Athletics

Troy Singleton (JR/Queens, NY) averaged 28.0 points and 3.0 rebounds as Purchase earned wins over Maritime (67-49) and Farmingdale State (86-73). The guard shot 18 of 30 from the field, including 8 of 13 from beyond the arc.

Singleton, who just returned to the team for the second half, scored 17 points on Jan. 15 versus Maritime and then poured in 39 points against Farmingdale State on Jan. 17. In addition, he committed just two turnovers on the week. 

Singleton was later named the Skyline Conference Co-Player of the Week and the Purchase College Student-Athlete of the Week.
