Purchase, NY (Oct. 16, 2014) – The Panther offensive duo of Amanda Green (SO/Roslyn Heights, NY)and Emily Saltman (FR/Huntington, NY), scored a combined six goals to lead the Purchase College women's soccer team to a 9-0 win over Sarah Lawrence College Thursday. 

With the win, Purchase advances to 7-6 overall and 3-2 in the Skyline Conference.

The Panthers recorded eight total assists on its nine goals for a combined 26 points. 

Green opened up the scoring with a goal at 4:12 off a cross from midfielder Randi Langdon (SO/Buffalo, NY).  She later scored back-to-back goals in the 73rd and 78th minute.

Saltman added another at 16:48.  Gia Sergovich (SR/Watervliet, NY) sent a through ball down the middle to Saltman to earn the assist. 
At the end of the first half, the Panthers led Sarah Lawrence 2-0.

Geared up for the final 45 minutes, Purchase recorded seven goals from five different players.  Forward Leah Woods (FR/Saratoga Springs, NY), defender Nathalie Lavelanet (SR/South Salem, NY) and Sergovich each scored one goal apiece along with another two from both Green and Saltman.  

Saltman totaled two assists along with the hat trick to record a career best eight points in a single game. 

The Gryphons were outshot by the Panthers 36-0 with Purchase holding a 9-0 advantage in corner kicks.
