Bronxville, NY (Nov. 1, 2014) – The Panthers lost a pair at Sarah Lawrence Saturday.

The hosts defeated Purchase 3-0 (25-18, 25-13, 25-16) behind Xina Graham-Vannais, who totaled 11 kills, 12 assists and six digs.  

St. Joseph's College-LI earned a 25-6, 25-5, 25-7 win. Three Panthers finished with a kill each in the loss to SJC-LI. Setter and captain Alex Lally (SO/Sunnyvale, TX) finished with six digs and one solo block.

Lally also paced the Panthers in the loss to SLC. She netted seven kills, three service aces and seven digs in that contest. Newcomer Samantha Alonzo (JR/Wappingers Falls, NY) added three kills and five digs.

Purchase (2-26, 0-8 Skyline) wraps the season Sunday at home in a dual match between SLC, Yeshiva and Purchase. SLC and YU play the early match and the afternoon concludes with PC and YU at 1 p.m.
