Albany, NY (Dec.10, 2015) – After trailing most of the first half, the Sage Colleges mounted a rally to tie the action at the break before posting a 77-63 victory over Purchase at the Kahl Gym in Albany Thursday night.

The game was tied 31-31 at halftime and then Sage emerged from the locker room and never trailed. Defending champion Sage improves to 7-2 overall and a perfect 5-0 in the Skyline, while Purchase drops to 3-7 and 1-4 in the league.

Sage's senior guard Jorrdan McCray netted 18 points in the action with four rebounds, while junior forward Marcus Patterson added 18 points with eight boards.

Purchase guard Jose Reyes (SR/Bronx, NY) scored 16 points with three assists. Forward Nicholas Jackson (SR/Brooklyn, NY) finished with 13 points. Fellow forward Taylor Foster (SR/Greenburgh, NY) tallied 10 points with a team-best seven rebounds. Foster also had three steals and two assists in the contest.
