(Jan 18, 2017) – The Sage Colleges defeated visiting Purchase, 93-38, Tuesday night in a Skyline Conference matchup.
The Gators improve to 11-5 overall and 7-2 in the Skyline, while watching their win streak grow to five games as well. Purchase drops to 2-12 overall and 1-8 in the league.
Sage led 46-21 at the break, led by junior forward Genevieve Schoff's 18 points (7-10) in the first half. She hit 7-10 from the floor in the opening stanza. By game's end, Schoff added 20 points and 14 rebounds for her eighth double-double on the season.
Rookie guard Gessica Patregnani added 15 points (5-6) off the bench, while junior Alyssa Nellis tallied a career-best effort as she finished with 10 points and six rebounds.
