Box Score 2 BROOKLYN, NY – Purchase women's volleyball brought home a victory after splitting a non-conference tri-match at the Pratt Institute Saturday afternoon.
The Panthers opened with a tough 3-0 (25-12, 25-15, 25-11) loss to the host Cannoneers and rebounded with a convincing 3-0 (25-19, 25-20, 25-11) sweep over Five Towns College.

Gia Gwin (Yonkers, NY) put up a team-best nine kills on the day to go along with 12 digs. Freshman libero
Esmee Johns (Saratoga Springs, NY) led the Panther defense with 20 digs, while sophomore setter
Skyla Schoppmeyer (Oakdale, NY) recorded 24 digs and three aces.
With the split, Purchase moves to 4-10 on the season.
The Panthers return to Skyline action this Monday at Sarah Lawrence College. Match start is set for 7 p.m.
