Panthers Defeated by Mariners

KINGS POINT, N.Y. – The U.S. Merchant Marine Academy women's soccer team delivered a daily double of hat-tricks Tuesday night at Bartoszek Field.

On the strength of three goals apiece from senior Cassidy Jester and sophomore Jinae Teria, the Mariners bested visiting Purchase College, 6-0.

The win improved USMMA's overall record to 8-5-1 (3-5-1 Skyline), while Purchase's record dropped to 5-8 (2-7 Skyline) after the setback.
