BRONX, N.Y. – The Purchase College women's soccer team wrapped up its 2025 season with a tough 7-0 loss against the University of Mount Saint Vincent on Tuesday night.
With the results, the Blue and Orange finished their 2025 campaign 4-10-2 and 2-9-0 in the Skyline Conference, while the hosts move into the post season at 12-3-2 and 9-1-1, respectively.
The Panthers battled through a strong offensive showing from the Dolphins who struck early with four goals in the opening half before adding three more after the break.
Senior goalkeeper Carolyn Hough (Massapequa, NY) played all 90 minutes in net for Purchase, recording seven saves. Offensively, Julieth Velasquez (SR/White Plains, NY), Lindita Selmani (JR/Brooklyn, NY), and Maggie Obman (JR/Scotia, NY ) each registered shots for the Blue and Orange.
With a strong core set to return, the Panthers are poised for fall 2026.
