NEW YORK, N.Y. - Three Purchase College student-athletes earned Skyline Conference weekly awards, it was announced Monday.

Men's Volleyball

Danny Kanner - Rookie of the Week

Over three Skyline Conference wins last week, Kanner (FY/Smithtown, NY) finished with 81 assists, 19 digs, nine kills six aces and one block assist. During a three-set win over Manhattanville, he finished with 33 assists.

This was Danny's third recognition of the season, and the seventh of the year for the squad.

Joey Toscano - Libero of the Week

Over three Skyline Conference wins last week, Toscano (SO/Levittown, NY) finished with 22 digs to just one receiving error, eight kills and two aces. He averaged 3.25 digs per set.

This was Joey's fourth recognition of the season, and the eighth of the year for the squad.

Jael Martinez - Honorable Mention

Over three Skyline Conference wins last week, Martinez (JR/Bronx, NY) recorded 32 points, 27 kills, four aces, two block assists and seven digs. He hit .344 over the victories.

This was Jael's second recognition of the season, and the ninth of the year for the squad.
