2021-22: Shadai started all six games she played in as a senior ... She averaged 28.8 minutes, 11.5 points and 6.5 rebounds per game ... Injuries cut her season short.

2020-21: Season canceled due to Covid. 

2019-20: Shadai stared all 25 as sophomore... She averaged team-high's with 16.2 points and 33.2 minutes per game ... Plowden also added 6.6 rebounds, 2.2 assists and 1.8 steals per game.... She finished in double-digits 21 times during the season, including a season-high 27 points against The College at Old Westbury on Feb. 1st ... For the week of Jan. 27th-Feb.2nd, Plowden was named to the Skyline Conference Honor Roll.
