Paz returns for his 2nd season as an assistant coach after one of the most decorated careers of any Panther pitcher. He holds the program's all-time record for most wins with 20 and finished his career with a 3.33 ERA and an overall record of 20-7. He helped the 2013 Panthers break the school mark for wins in a season and reach the Skyline Conference Tournament quarterfinal game for the first time in the college's history. Paz spent the summer of 2014 pitching professionally for the Las Vegas Train Robbers of the Pecos League.
