Nick Kulbaba returns for his second season as an assistant coach for the Panthers. He is currently pursuing a degree in Liberal Arts/General Studies at Purchase. He was a two year starter for the Panthers in LF and boasted a career .388 batting average for the Panthers. He was a 2nd team All-Skyline selection in 2016. He was also named a co-captain before his senior season.
Before arriving at Purchase, Nick attended Rockland Community College, where he played for two years, helping his team earn a conference championship in 2013. He was honored with his team’s sportsmanship award in 2014.
Nick was a member of the varsity baseball team at Suffern HS for three years, and was named captain in his senior season of 2012. He was a pitcher, first baseman, and outfielder for the Mounties. He was awarded the Walter Weiss Award and the Don Bosco Award, both scholarships for team leadership and work ethic on and off the field.
Nick is currently employed by the Ramapo Central School District working as a custodian while still pursuing opportunities in baseball. He resides in Suffern, NY.
