Adam Whitehead came to Purchase in August of 2019.
Prior to joining the Panthers, Whitehead served as an assistant coach for the women's soccer program at the University of Northwestern Ohio in the fall of 2018. During that time, he helped lead the Racers to the Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference regular season title.
Before that, Whitehead was the head coach for the Long Island Rough Riders United Women's Soccer team from 2017-18, winning the Eastern Conference title and being named UWS Eastern Conference Coach of the Year.
Adam graduated in 2013 from Binghamton University with a bachelor's degree in Human Development. Whitehead finished his collegiate career with the most assists (17) in the program's Division I history.
