Alfredo has coached over 20 seasons in basketball and golf and brings a plethora of knowledge and experience to the Panthers' program.
He coached the basketball teams at Greenwich High School, Harrison High School, and Sacred Heart. At Greenwich, his teams have reached the Connecticut State Championship Tournament in all but one year and helped the Cardinals get to the "Elite 8" level in 2008.
Alfredo's dedication towards the improvement of each player's skills (which promotes better team play) is his objective. He currently has five players that have graduated and moved on to play at the next level in their careers.
Always a student of the game, Alfredo is proficient in the fundamentals and teaches through discussion, demonstration and repetition.
As a player, Alfredo received All-Division Basketball Honors in Section One, MVP in the Rye Holiday Christmas Tournament, and was recruited to play at LaSalle University (BA, Communications, 1985).
