Amanda Rode joined the Panther ATC staff in September 2023.
Rode's professional journey in athletic training includes stops at high school, collegiate and clinical levels. Since 2016, she served as the Athletic Trainer at Hanover Central High School in Cedar Lake, IN—including four years as an outreach ATC with Community Care Network and the past three years as an independent contractor with the school district. In addition to her work at Hanover HS, Rode served as an outreach ATC at Fitness Pointe Physical Therapy Clinic and Rock Steady Boxing.
A native of central Indiana, Rode's professional journey has been driven by her lifelong interest in sports and sports medicine. Growing up playing sports, she developed a strong affinity for the field, setting the foundation for her successful career. Â
Rode earned her Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from the University of Indianapolis, where she excelled academically. Rode's achievements include Dean's List and membership in the Alpha Chi National College Honor Society (Indiana Eta Chapter). She graduated with Magna Cum Laude honors in May 2016.
Rode currently resides in Stamford, CT. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, spending time in nature and cherishing moments with her family and friends.Â
