Clive Griffiths (JR/Bronx, NY) ran away with the 8th Annual Purchase College Cross Country Invitational Saturday.

He broke the tape with an 8,000-meter time of 28:51, placing first in a race for the second time in as many weeks. In the process, Griffiths was named the Skyline Conference XC Runner of the Week and the PC Student-Athlete for back-to-back weeks.
