(March 20, 2016) – The Purchase College men's volleyball team traveled to Sarah Lawrence College on Sunday afternoon for a Skyline Conference doubleheader with the Sage Colleges.
Sage (13-15) posted a 3-0 (25-17, 25-20, 25-19) win to extend the squad's win streak to five matches.
The Panthers drop to 11-14 overall and 5-8 in the Skyline.

Luke Kubisch (FR/Delmar) had a team-best nine kills and two blocks.
Andrew Schwab (JR/Merrick, NY) assisted on 15 of the Panthers' 16 kills, while senior
Matthew McCarthy (Fayetteville, NY) led the defense with nine digs.
Sage's sophomore Ryan Guyton had 11 kills with a .435 attack percentage and racked up four aces with two digs. Guyton broke the Gator career ace mark on Sunday as he surpassed Kyle Ray's career record (98 aces, 2010-2013) as he now has 103 aces. Guyton also improved to the No. 5 spot in the career record book with his 578.0 points, while also standing No. 5 in career kills (420).
Junior Chris MacArthur added six kills with three aces, while sophomore Casey Fitzpatrick added two kills with 29 setting assists with four digs and a pair of block assists. Sophomore Melvin Tejada had seven digs for the Gators.
Sage held Purchase to a .095 attach percentage in the match, while posting a .284 attack percentage and only three errors on 49 reception attempts as a team.
Purchase returns to action on March 30 at home with a league matchup against New Jersey City University.
