The hosts closed the gap 15-6 on Gethicker unassisted score in the third. One of his five goals included a near length of the field sprint through the defense, where the junior midfielder bested his defenders en route to finding the back of the net.
???????SJC-LI regrouped and scored four goals total in the third and twice more in the fourth, despite being outscored by the Panthers (3-2) in the final stanza.
The Golden Eagles also got goals from Chris Nielsen, Scott Reece, Scott (3) and Kyle Levantino.
