(Mar. 31, 2018) – The Purchase College men's volleyball team dropped both ends of a non-conference tri-meet hosted by The Sage Colleges on Saturday afternoon in Albany, NY.
The Panthers opened the day with a 3-0 (25-11, 25-9. 25-14) loss to the host Gators and later fell to John Jay College, 3-0 (25-12, 25-14, 25-14) in the second match of the day.

Luke Kubisch (Delmar, NY) and sophomore
Andreo Otiniano (Mamaroneck, NY) led the Panther offense on the day with a combined 18 kills (9 apiece). Sophomore
Thomas Slomka (Orchard Park, NY) chipped in with six kills and one service ace.
For the Purchase defense, Otiniano totaled a team-best 14 digs over six sets. Slomka knocked down two blocks (1 solo), while senior Chris Williams (Valley Spring, NY) notched one blocking assist.
Up next, the Panthers host St. Joseph's College Brooklyn on Tuesday April 3, at 7 p.m.
