FARMINGDALE, N.Y. - The Purchase College men's soccer team was defeated at Farmingdale State College Saturday afternoon, falling in the Skyline Conference matchup by the score of 2-0.
With the loss, the Panthers dropped to 7-7 overall and 3-5 in the league. For the Rams, they moved to 6-5-2 and 4-2-2, respectively.

Meanwhile, Farmingdale's attack found greater success in the win, scoring twice in the first half. Overall, the hosts recorded 19 total shots with seven on goal.
Individually,
Marlon Matute (SO/Staten Island, NY) finished with three shots for the Panthers, while goalkeeper
Mario Olmedo (JR/East Elmhurst, NY) tallied five saves in the defeat.
