Natalia Leite (FR/Thornwood, NY) collected a match-best 19 assists, while Maya Brown (FR/Carteret, NJ) totaled 11 digs.

Game Two: Bard 3, Purchase 0 (25-15, 25-12, 25-10)

In the second match of the day, Purchase had its offense kept in check as the squad finished with just 14 kills overall.

Lauren White (JR/Washington, DC) led the Blue and Orange with four kills and nine digs. Brown upped her digs total to 12, while Leite finished with 11 assists in the effort.

For Bard, the Raptors used long runs in all three sets to build an advantage and never let the Panthers get close. They finished with 34 kills on .313 hitting.

With the defeats, the Panthers moved to 2-5 for the season.

Up next for Purchase is more non-conference road action as the team travels to Saint Elizabeth University on September 18th. That match is set to begin at 7 p.m.
