NEW HAVEN, Conn. - The Purchase College women's volleyball team nearly completed an epic comeback Thursday evening, before ultimately falling in the season opener at Albertus Magnus College, 3-2.

Despite the deficit, the squad rallied with back-to-back set wins, extending the contest and forcing a decisive final frame.
