PURCHASE, N.Y. - The Purchase College women's lacrosse team dropped a pair of contests this week, falling to a duo of Skyline Conference foes.
With the result, the Panthers are now 0-11 overall and 0-7 in the league.

In the first game of the week, as the Panthers were outpaced at home by the Rams.
The hosts' lone goal came from
Julieth Velasquez (SR/White Plains, NY) during the waning seconds of the matchup.
Overall, the Blue and Orange had five shots, four draw controls and 11 ground balls in the effort.
Velasquez led the way with the goal, as well as six ground balls, two draw controls and one caused turnover.
Jill Creegan (SO/High Falls, NY) finished with two shots and two caused turnovers, while
Savannah Haynes (FY/Yonkers, NY) tallied three saves and a caused turnover.

Earlier today, the hosts returned to the field but were dispatched by the visiting Knights.
Velasquez scored both goals, while collecting six draw controls and three ground balls.
Maggie Obman (JR/Scotia, NY) recorded three ground balls and a draw control, while Haynes finished with four saves and two ground balls in goal.
Up next for the squad is the season finale, as well as Senior Night, as it hosts SUNY Old Westbury on April 21st at 6 p.m.
