Purchase College Athletics

In addition to being named to the Skyline Conference Honor Roll for women's tennis player of the week this week, rookie Melissa Siller has also been named the Purchase College Student-Athlete of the Week, the SID office has announced.

Against top-seeded Mount Saint Mary, Siller (FR/Roslyn Heights, NY) battled, winning the team's only point against No. 1 MSMC. She won at No. 3 singles (6-2, 5-7, 10-7) in a super tie-breaker. She also won at No. 2 doubles against NYU-Poly.
