New York, NY (Mar. 27, 2012) – Energized by Senior Night, Yeshiva topped Purchase 3-0 Tuesday night at home.

The Maccabees improved to 12-15 overall, including 2-10 in conference play as they recognized seniors Naftali Rosenthal, Jack Voystock, David Wagner, Kevin Katz, and Raphael Herskovits. Yeshiva won 25-17, 25-9, 25-18.
 
Rosenthal and Herskovits dominated on senior night leading the team with nine kills apiece. Voystock also had an impressive showing as he added seven kills, four service aces, and one blocked shot. 

Katz recorded 10 digs on the night and David Wagner added two kills and three digs. The five seniors recorded 27 of the 30 kills for Yeshiva on the night.

Purchase was paced by Mateo Morel (SR/Bronx, NY) and his six kills. Taylor Edelmann (JR/Bethel, CT) totaled 13 assists.

The Panthers will host their Senior Night Thursday at home as they return to action against John Jay.
