Purchase will now wrap its regular-season schedule on Saturday, with Senior Day festivities as the backdrop.
For Maritime in defeat, Ron Bethea was two rebounds short of a double-double. He registered a team-high 14 points and eight boards.
Purchase brought down 53 rebounds on the night compared to the Privateers' 25 and also dominated the play down low, outscoring Maritime 24-12 in the paint.
The Panthers are currently in the mix for either the second or third seed in next week's conference tournament, depending on the outcome of this weekend's action around the Skyline.
