Annandale-on-Hudson, NY (Mar. 23, 2013) – Bard College and the City College of New York each topped Purchase 3-0 on Saturday.
The Raptors swept Purchase and then were swept by CCNY. Bard is now 9-17.

In the first match, set scores for Bard over Purchase were 25-12, 25-17 and 25-21. Jesse Small had 11 kills and hit .786, adding three aces and eight digs. Henry Kasiske had 30 assists and Jose Mendez added eight digs.

For the Panthers, Kevon Kareem Bruce (JR/Hayes, Jamaica) led the way with 14 kills.

CCNY won 25-11, 25-22 and 25-15 against Purchase in the second match of the afternoon.

City's Anthony Reyes recorded a game-high 28 assists while the Beavers finished with 44 kills and a .365 attack percentage. Brian Yik Lim led all players with 12 kills and Derell Williams finished with four blocks, three of which were solo.

For Purchase, Bruce and Taylor Edelmann (SR/Bethel, CT) finished with eight and five kills, respectively.
