YU found itself down 2-1 after doubles play, with freshman Charles Saka and sophomore Robby Rubin teaming up for a 9-7 victory at the No. 3 flight versus the Panthers'

Saka scored a 6-3, 6-1 decision at No. 3 singles versus
Dylan DeBiase (JR/High Falls, NY), followed by a 6-4, 7-6 (7-4) triumph over Chavez by Rubin at No. 4.
Meir Burk and Akiva Katz then grinded out three-set triumphs at the Nos. 5 and 6 flights, respectively, to send YU to the come-from-behind victory. Burk's 6-4, 4-6, 6-4 performance bested Purchase's
Chris Matchneer (SR/Larchmont, NY), while Katz took out Lai by scores of 7-6 (7-4), 3-6 and 6-4.
For the Panthers,
Jeremyah Schur (SO/Forest Hills, NY) and
