Riverdale, NY 
(Feb. 28, 2015) – The Purchase College men's volleyball team dropped a pair of Skyline Conference matches on Saturday afternoon at a tri-match hosted by the College of Mount Saint Vincent.  Ramapo College downed the Panthers, 3-0 (25-13, 25-20, 25-21) in the opening match and the Panthers were later shut out by CMSV, 3-0 (25-15, 25-6, 25-17).
In their first match, 
Andrew Schwab (SO/Merrick, NY) led the Panthers with eight kills on 19 total attempts for an impressive .368 attacking percentage. 
 Kevin Egbert (JR/Saratoga Springs, NY) collected 16 assists and nine digs while
 Kevin Carges (SO/Brockport, NY) chipped in with six kills and five digs.  The team hit a combined .122 with 22 kills on 74 attempts with 13 errors.    
In the second match, Mount Saint Vincent posted a 36-13 advantage in kills, a 5-4 edge in aces and a 6.0-4.5 advantage in total team blocks.  Carges and 
Chase Lokke (JR/Granite Bay, CA) each collected four kills, and Egbert totaled six digs and nine assists.
The Panthers return to their home court on Tuesday for a non-league match against Staten Island College starting at 7 p.m.
