Every week, the Sports Information department will post a "Did You Know?" tidbit to the website.

This week's interesting tidbit is: Did you know that the Purchase College cross country teams are set to host the 2025 Skyline Conference Championships on Sunday, October 26, at their home course on the Purchase College campus.

The women's 6K race is scheduled to begin at 10:30 a.m., followed by the men's 8K at 11:30 a.m.

An awards ceremony will take place about 30 minutes after the conclusion of the final race. Honors will include All-Conference selections, with the top seven finishers earning First Team recognition and the next seven earning Second Team honors. The meet will also determine the Runner of the Year, Rookie of the Year, and Coach of the Year, while the Elite 19 Award will recognize the student-athlete at the championships with the highest cumulative GPA.

Fans are encouraged to come out and support the Panthers as they welcome Skyline competitors from across the conference. No admission fee will be charged.
