Patchogue, NY (Mar. 28, 2014) – A day after picking up another win, women's lacrosse fell to St. Joseph's College-LI on the road, losing 17-2 Friday night.

The Golden Eagles are now 7-3 overall and 2-0 in Skyline Conference play, while Purchase drops to 3-2 overall and 0-2 in the league.

Karalyn Tetelman opened the scoring for the Eagles with a goal four minutes into the game on an assist by Tori Gregson.

It was the only goal the Eagles put in until the 18-minute mark when Caitlynn Webber fired the ball into the back of the net. Webber scored the next two goals for the Eagles to complete her hat trick.

Tetelman and Webber added another goal to their credit as the hosts jumped out to an 8-0 halftime lead.

Webber finished with five goals and two assists.

Nathalie Lavelanet (JR/South Salem, NY) stayed hot for Purchase, recording another goal – her sixth in two games. Annette Elson (SO/Las Vegas, NV) scored the other goal for the Panthers.
