PURCHASE, N.Y. – The Purchase College men's swim team dropped a non-conference meet against Lehman College Tuesday night at home.

Despite the loss,
Gabriel Schmid-Doyle (SR/ Canton, NY) earned a pair of first-place finishes in the 1000-Yard freestyle (14:43.83) and the 500-freestyle (6:54.39).
Other bright spots for Purchase were Daniel Krapf (SR/ Floral Park, NY),
Matthias Schmidt (SR/ White Plains, NY),
David Whitmer (FR), and
Luke Mallory (FR).
Krapf clocked in a 200-freestyle time of 2:23.37, while Schmidt touched the pad at 2:23.60 and 1:10.91 in the 200-IM and 100-breaststroke, respectfully. Whitmer and Mallory rounded out the scoring for Purchase with second place finishes in the 100-butterfly (1:17.32) and 100-freestyle (1:05.16), respectfully.
The Panthers will be returning home this Friday, December 1
st for a Skyline dual-meet against Mount Saint Mary at 6 p.m.
