This week's interesting tidbit...Did you know?: Mascot Madness is almost here! 

Everyone's favorite time of year is here. 2023 will be the 10th edition of SUNY Mascot Madness, the online tournament to name New York's favorite college mascot and SUNY's Mascot Ambassador. 

Last year, more than 65,000 votes were cast through the tournament, with thousands of additional engagements through social media. 

The 2022 champion, Stony Brook's Woflie Seawolf, has carried the title well but NOW IT'S TIME FOR PERSEUS TO SHINE!!
 
The annual event will begin on March 15 and will be five rounds over three weeks of online action. Voting will be done via online poll with bonus rounds available through social media engagement.
